Wine wood has three combinations when it comes to contrast.  Light, medium, and full contrast each express a different overall value to the wood tone.  As well as being able to select contrast, you can also consider the surface texture.  Aymae was originally born as a modern design with a more hand-hewn feel to the surfaces.  While this cafe style is good for charcuterie, it may not be so for taking notes.
